Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Patrol Response in Seneca, SC. This full-time, on-site role involves patrols, monitoring access points, and responding to alarms to ensure client security across an automotive manufacturing location.

You will deliver excellent customer service while sustaining a safe, welcoming environment and adhering to site procedures. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 20+ lbs are preferred requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by following security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, parking lots, access points, and perimeter to identify and report security concerns.
• Monitor access and verify credentials; document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and complete required reports.
• Observe and report unusual activity or hazards while maintaining a professional presence.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at an automotive location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and respond to alarms or other security-related concerns. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide exceptional customer service and communication while supporting a welcoming environment. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, parking lots, access points, and the perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and completing required reports.
• Observe and report unusual activity, facility hazards, and policy violations while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
