As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Response in Whiteland, IN, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence, and deliver excellent customer service at an automotive manufacturing location.

This full-time role pays $17.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule, 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, supporting a caring, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• Background check will be conducted under applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at an automotive manufacturing location while following site-specific policies and security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, parking lots, access points, warehouses, and perimeter to identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner following established protocols.
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports and communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

• Mon 06:30 AM - 02:30 PM
• Tue 06:30 AM - 02:30 PM
• Wed 06:30 AM - 02:30 PM
• Thur 06:30 AM - 02:30 PM
• Fri 06:30 AM - 02:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at an automotive manufacturing location while carrying out site-specific policies and security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, parking lots, access points, warehouses, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities and notification protocols.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation, and communicate relevant observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
