• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, parking lots, access points, and the exterior perimeter to identify unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials, and assist with visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations and notify site contacts or emergency personnel.
• Complete detailed activity logs and shift handoffs in accordance with site requirements.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in Seymour, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting an automotive manufacturing location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $13.75 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at an automotive manufacturing location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, parking lots, access points, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and assist with visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel.
• Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoffs in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
