Allied Universal in Hastings, NE, is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Response to safeguard clients across technology-focused sites. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site requirements, documenting visitor activity and relevant security-related observations.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, and daily activities, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
