Allied Universal in Reno, NV is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Observation to safeguard clients across diverse tech/media locations. You will monitor areas, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check conducted in line with federal, state and local laws.
• Qualified applications with criminal histories will be considered.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate activity and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, notifying appropriate personnel and following established protocols.
• Communicate professionally with site contacts, employees, and public agencies while supporting a welcoming and orderly environment.

Minimum Requirements:
