Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers while following site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns calmly and per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, docks, parking areas, offices, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and maintain logs/reports.
• Deter unauthorized access and report observed concerns promptly.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Tue: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Wed: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of food production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, offices, and the property perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and incident reports.
• Help to deter unauthorized access, theft, and other prohibited activity by maintaining a professional presence and promptly reporting observed concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
