Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a food and beverage manufacturing location by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and facility perimeter to identify unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery entry procedures per site requirements.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations, notifying site contacts and emergency services as directed.
• Maintain awareness of restricted areas, product handling zones, and shipping/receiving activity, supporting a professional environment.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. • Sat 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a food and beverage manufacturing location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery personnel entry procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Help maintain awareness of restricted areas, product handling zones, and shipping and receiving activity while supporting a professional environment for the facility.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
