Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer with a Department of Defense Secret Clearance for a full-time role in Fort Wayne, IN. The officer will monitor facilities, support access control, and maintain a visible security presence while delivering strong customer service.

This position requires a DoD Secret Clearance, background checks, and may involve badge handling and site-specific procedures. Daytime schedules with multiple shifts are available.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and report incidents as directed.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and actions through reports and shift records.

As a Security Officer Security Clearance Patrol in Fort Wayne, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, support access control activities, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, exterior areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter boundaries to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to restricted areas by checking credentials, following visitor-management procedures, and reporting access concerns in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and completed actions through accurate reports and shift records.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
