Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driving Role in Lebanon, IN. You will patrol and monitor client sites, deter incidents, and support access control while providing excellent customer service.

A valid driver’s license is required, along with the ability to work the listed evening schedule. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/First Aid preferred, and familiarity with badge/access control systems.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following site procedures and emergency responses.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the property, including interiors and perimeter.
• Monitor for unusual activity and potential hazards; report observations per procedures.
• Document patrols and incidents in site reporting systems.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driving Role in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control at an active location. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and contribute to a caring culture built on teamwork, integrity, reliability, agility, and innovation.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 05:00 PM - 05:00 AM
• Wed: 05:00 PM - 05:00 AM
• Thur: 05:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the property, including building interiors, exterior areas, access points, and perimeter.
• Monitor for unusual activity, unauthorized access, and potential hazards, and report observations according to site procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and relevant activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
