• Valid driver’s license required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation required by law; drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at an automotive manufacturing location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points, verify authorization, and deter unauthorized entry or suspicious activity.
• Document observations and incidents and relay information to supervision and site contacts.

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at an automotive manufacturing location by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, parking areas, perimeter locations, and other assigned areas; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required, and help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious activity.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
