Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Sheboygan Falls, WI. You will perform armed/unarmed patrols, deter incidents, monitor access, and provide professional customer service at a chemical/petrochemical location. A valid driver’s license and 1+ year driving history are required.

Position type: Full Time. Pay rate: $21.00 per hour. The role includes shifts on a nightly schedule and requires compliance with background checks and drug screening policies.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical/petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while following site‑specific reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate access‑control documentation.
• Report observed hazards, equipment concerns, policy violations, and suspicious activity to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
