Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings and perimeter locations to identify concerns.
• Monitor access points and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity per site requirements.
• Prepare accurate patrol and incident reports and communicate with leadership and site contacts.

As a Security Officer in Verona, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $20.65 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a chemical/petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, hazardous-material concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notification procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production-adjacent areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity or potential concerns.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Prepare accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and policy violations, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
