• Background check per laws.
• Drug screen where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials, and report irregularities and maintenance concerns.
• Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports while maintaining a professional presence.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. Pay Rate: $26.01 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials as required, and report irregularities, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations through established channels.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while maintaining a professional presence in varying indoor and outdoor working conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
