Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver Medical Readiness in Seattle, WA. This role involves guarding transit facilities, ensuring safety and service quality, and interacting with passengers and staff.

The position requires a valid driver’s license and a minimum of one year in security. CPR/First Aid is preferred, with licensing and certifications preferred as well. This is a full-time, daytime to evening schedule with pay at $28.50 per hour.

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Medical Readiness in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a public transportation location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, surrounding perimeters, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points, public areas, and security-related systems as assigned; report incidents, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, service disruptions, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A handcuffing certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
