Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Flex (Patrol Driver) in Bloomington, MN. The role involves patrolling various sites, supporting client needs with rapid responses, and maintaining daily security operations.

The position offers flexible shifts and weekly pay with comprehensive benefits. You will work 30–40 hours per week with shifts that vary and may be assigned with little advance notice, supporting diverse environments and client requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Available to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Background check required in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor entrances and exits and control access to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Sound alarms or call police/fire department as needed.
• Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
