Allied Universal is hiring a Security Flex Officer in Bloomington, MN. You will support clients across Healthcare, Education, Finance and more, using our shift-pickup platform to select open shifts that fit your availability.

The role offers hands-on experience and potential for advancement within the world’s largest private security company. Requires a high school diploma or 3+ years of security or related experience, valid driver's license, and ability to pass a background check and drug

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of security experience or prior law enforcement or military experience.
• Must be 21+ years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• No prior experience required for some roles; reliability and adaptability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders.
