• Monitor access points and document observations and incidents.
• Assist with guest inquiries and directions, and communicate with site representatives.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Nashville, TN , this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Sat02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, staff, and event personnel by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access control practices, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location associated with professional sports operations.

• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed by site procedures.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entry points, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.

• Monitor access points and vehicle and pedestrian activity, verify authorization as required, and document observations, incidents, and unusual conditions in accordance with Allied Universal and site policies.

• Support an orderly environment during daily operations, events, and high‑traffic periods by providing directions, assisting with guest inquiries, and communicating professionally with site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security‑related experience is required.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

• A guard card or license is preferred.

• Customer service experience is preferred.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
