Allied Universal® North America's leading security and facility services company, invites you to join as a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Thief River Falls, MN. In this full-time role, you will patrol facilities by vehicle and on foot, deter security incidents, and provide exceptional service to personnel, visitors, and contractors.

This unarmed driving position requires a valid driver’s license, background check, and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal policy.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law; licensing may be required by state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace/defense location; follow site procedures and respond to emergencies when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor and control access to designated areas; verify credentials and document visitor activity as required.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify site contacts and emergency services as directed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrol observations, incidents and security activities.

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location. You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor and control access to designated areas in accordance with site procedures, verifying credentials and documenting visitor and contractor activity as required.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency services as directed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrol observations, incidents, and other security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
