Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, entrances, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, and report unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, maintain patrol documentation, and communicate observations and concerns to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

As an unarmed Security Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Pay Rate: $27.00 - $28.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess supervisory experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
