Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver Badge Verification in Springfield, TN. You will provide unarmed security patrols, verify credentials, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents at a manufacturing and industrial site.

This full-time driving role offers a pay rate of $18.93 per hour, with opportunities to deliver excellent customer service and support daily operations, while adhering to site procedures and safety policies.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• As a condition of employment, a background check and drug screening will be conducted as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency services as directed.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs while communicating relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
