Allied Universal, Roseville, MN, seeks a Security Guard Patrol Driver to provide client-focused security and support at a retail/mall site. You will patrol, monitor access, and respond calmly to incidents while maintaining detailed incident records.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and high school diploma, with CPR/First Aid preferred. This on-site position offers full-time hours and a structured shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail common areas, tenant corridors, parking areas, loading zones, and the property perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe site activity for unusual conditions, helping to deter unauthorized access and policy violations.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

As a Security Guard Patrol Driver in Roseville, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Security Officer at a retail/mall location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Pay Rate: $20.95 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
