Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner; report observations and complete required documentation.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access to the chemical and petrochemical manufacturing location, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and direct visitors and contractors appropriately.
• Follow site requirements for working around industrial operations, including applicable personal protective equipment and restricted‑area protocols.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
