Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, or telecommunications location by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, business areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report suspicious activity or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established site and Allied Universal reporting procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security‑related activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
