Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and emergencies in a calm, structured manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and other security activities; communicate with leadership and site representatives.

Pay Rate: $19.48 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
