The role requires a guard card, 1+ year of security or law enforcement experience, a valid driver''s license, and a high school diploma or equivalent. This is a full-time position with rotating shifts.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in Jupiter, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential property, you will conduct routine vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. You will engage residents and visitors with exceptional customer service while supporting a welcoming environment. What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential grounds, common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Observe and report unusual activity, property concerns, access issues, and policy violations according to site-specific procedures.
• Maintain accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• Guard card is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• At least one year of law enforcement experience, at least two years of security supervisor/manager experience, or at least three years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
