This full‑time role requires a valid driver’s license, CPR is preferred, and a background check and drug screen may be required. Schedule includes multiple daytime/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background checks will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Perimeter Patrol Driver in Delphi, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a food and beverage production environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading and receiving areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor, contractor, and delivery activity; verify credentials and direct individuals according to site-specific requirements.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
