Allied Universal in Bozeman, MT is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver for a full-time, unarmed role at a retail location. You will perform routine patrols, deter incidents, and provide excellent customer service.

A valid driver's license is required, and the schedule includes Wed 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM, Fri 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM, Sun 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM. Pay rate is $24.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and access to exclusive perks.

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Bozeman, MT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and associates. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. You will provide exceptional customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting while demonstrating our values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM
• Fri 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM
• Sun 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entry and exit areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and/or potential loss-prevention concerns; report observations promptly according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate store representatives, emergency services, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Maintain clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
