Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking facilities, and exterior grounds.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner and report observations.
• Monitor access points and reporting of unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Complete daily activity reports and patrol logs per site requirements.

You will communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and staff while reporting observations and supporting a welcoming environment. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.60 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, maintain awareness of authorized entry procedures, and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
