Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Military experience or college education in security desirable.
• 1–3 years of professional-level work experience preferred; security industry experience highly desired.
• Must possess a valid state registration/permit/license; background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Possession of valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required for some positions.
• Reliable transportation to get to work on time.
• Ability to write effective, concise, legible reports.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional interaction with all levels.
• Energetic, focused, and able to prioritize multiple assignments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to exercise good judgment and discretion.
• Ability to interact with clients and colleagues as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Execute security services as outlined in Post Order Manual and company policies.
• Conduct walking, vehicular, golf cart, and/or bicycle patrols as assigned.
• Identify and report security threats, unsafe conditions, hazards, or emergencies.
• Perform site-specific duties such as customer service, loss prevention, or lobby/visitor reception as needed.
• Write detailed, accurate incident reports; notify appropriate individuals as directed.
• Know and implement site policies and emergency procedures.
• Adhere to grooming, attendance, and customer service standards.
• Participate in all required orientation and training programs.
• Respond to incidents per Post Orders and Use of Force Policy; notify appropriate parties.
• Perform security, customer service, or support functions as directed by supervisor.
