Qualifications

Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Customer Assistance in North Little Rock, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location. Conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Use computer or tablet tools and badge access experience to support daily operations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or facility concerns.
• Monitor access points and support visitor-management procedures in accordance with site policies.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and other required records using assigned systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
