As a Security Officer Patrol Computer Access Control in Fulton, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points and alarm activity, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. You will support a welcoming environment by communicating professionally with employees, visitors, and delivery personnel. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout warehouse, loading dock, trailer yard, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, visitor and driver entry, deliveries, and vehicle traffic in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
