Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol) in Bristol, IN. You will provide customer service, conduct patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents while maintaining a visible presence to deter security-related incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including access points, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter locations, to identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery procedures per site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and communicate with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as needed.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while maintaining awareness of changing conditions throughout the assigned location.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
