Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time unarmed Security Officer in Greenfield, CA to monitor and safeguard a food and beverage location. You will provide outstanding customer service while performing routine rounds and maintaining access control.

• Help protect operations by reporting security concerns and safeguarding assets.

As an Unarmed Security Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, support access control, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.23 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of vineyard, production, storage, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, hazards, or access concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocols.
• Help protect food and beverage operations by reporting damaged fencing, unsecured doors, equipment concerns, or other conditions requiring attention.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
