Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Patrol in Fontana, CA, to monitor and deter security incidents at a logistics/distribution site. You will maintain a visible presence, provide exceptional customer service, and report observations to site leadership.

This full-time night-shift role pays $21.00 per hour. Candidates must be 18+ (21+ for armed), hold a HS diploma or equivalent, and pass background and drug screenings; a driver’s license is required for driving posts where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately and communicate observations to leadership.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol in Fontana, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service and clear communication while reporting observations and responding to site needs. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
