Allied Universal in PHOENIX, AZ is seeking a Security Officer Part Time X Ray Examiner to support screening at a fast-paced logistics and distribution site. You will operate screening equipment, verify credentials, and deliver professional customer service while maintaining a secure environment.

This part-time role offers a nightly schedule Fri-Sun 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM with pay at $20.84 per hour. A high school diploma and 18+ (21+ armed) or security-related background preferred.

Formación

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Screen personnel, visitors, and authorized items entering designated logistics and distribution areas in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, shipping documentation, and authorization requirements as assigned.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned screening areas, access points, business operations, and perimeter locations to help identify and report security-related concerns.

What You'll Do:
