Allied Universal in Mobile, AL is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Checkpoint Operations). You will protect clients and facilities, monitor access points, verify credentials, and provide courteous, responsive service in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Formación

• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific access policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor entry processes, and help maintain accurate access-related records in a technology-focused location.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned interior areas, exterior grounds, entry points, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions or unauthorized access.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, policy concerns, and operational needs.
