What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients at a commercial real estate front desk while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and access records in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, cameras, alarms, and other assigned systems; report unusual activity or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures when appropriate.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence, answer and direct calls, provide building information, and communicate clearly with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
