• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and client representatives by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of retail common areas, building entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or property concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and policy violations in accordance with site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required documentation for incidents, patrol activities, and daily shift observations.

What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
