Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Vehicle Patrol Driver in Gilbert, AZ to provide reliable, flexible hours with the option to pick up additional shifts. Pay rate: $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include customer service to employees and visitors, unarmed patrols of production areas, controlling access, responding to incidents, and completing activity reports. Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Carry out unarmed patrols and document observations.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, offices, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter, documenting observations and reporting unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and directing authorized personnel in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Complete clear, accurate activity reports and communicate security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and policy violations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Vehicle Patrol Driver in Gilbert, AZ, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

DayTimeSun05:00 AM - 01:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
