Allied Universal in Marietta, PA seeks a Part-Time Unarmed Security Officer (Vehicle Patrol Driver) to protect clients at a commercial real estate location. The role emphasizes courteous service, deterrence of incidents, and reliable presence.

You will drive a patrol vehicle, maintain logs, and respond to alarms following site procedures. A valid driver's license, HS diploma, and the ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including building entrances, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations and actions taken.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and contractor activity in accordance with site-specific access-control procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding patrols, incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related observations.

Pay Rate: $20.23 / Hour

Valid Driver's License:

• A current and valid license issued by the appropriate authority.
• No significant traffic violations or suspensions that would affect the candidate's ability to drive safely and legally.
• The ability to provide a copy of the driver's license upon request during the hiring process.
