Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer (Part Time, Unarmed Tablet Patrol) in Whitsett, NC. This role uses tablet tools to monitor and protect client sites, deter incidents, and deliver strong customer service.

You will work a part-time schedule with shift blocks and opportunities to engage with our Claim a Shift platform. Minimum requirements include a HS diploma, ability to pass a background check and drug screen, and age 18+ (21+ for armed roles).

Formación

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office spaces, technology areas, common areas, parking facilities, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, and report access-control issues or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports documenting incidents, observations, and actions taken during assigned shifts.
