Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as required by federal, state, and local laws will be conducted.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• A drug screen will be required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office spaces, common areas, parking facilities, building entrances, and perimeter areas to report hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization and document relevant events.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications, following policies.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.

• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization in accordance with site procedures, and document relevant security-related events.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications while maintaining a professional presence and following Allied Universal and site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
