Qualifications

• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local regulations.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, associates, and visitors while following site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, stock areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and in line with established procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate clearly with site leadership and local authorities as needed.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, associates, and visitors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, stock areas, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity within the location, reporting unusual conditions or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site leadership, Allied Universal management, and local authorities as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
