Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer (Part Time Unarmed Patrol) in Redmond, WA. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, provide customer service, and help deter security incidents while upholding our culture of integrity and teamwork.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will conduct routine rounds, communicate clearly, and provide exceptional customer service while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture with integrity and teamwork.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at a biologics manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, office spaces, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, maintain visitor records, and follow site requirements for restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related concerns in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
