• Monitor access to the property and verify visitor/contractor authorization per site policies; report concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally following post orders and escalation procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities in reports and share information with supervision and site contacts.

Officers monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed by site policies, and report access-control concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately in required reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements

• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
