Allied Universal in Alburtis, PA seeks a Part Time Unarmed Security Officer to patrol and safeguard client sites, monitor access, and provide excellent customer service. The role offers flexible day and weekend shifts, CPR/First Aid preferred, and opportunities to grow within a leading national security company.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business, perimeter, parking areas, access points, and other designated locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report access-control concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify designated contacts as required.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation while communicating professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.

CPR Certification Requirement

• All candidates for positions that require CPR certification must obtain and maintain a valid CPR Certification (B205) prior to their start date.
• The certification must be issued by a recognized organization, such as the American Heart Association or the Red Cross.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
