This role offers flexible scheduling: DayTime Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM and Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, paid at $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by federal, state and local laws.
• Criminal histories considered in compliance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws; driver's license if driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of the facility and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor credentials as directed by site policy.
• Complete detailed activity reports and shift handoffs with clear communication.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused business location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of the facility, business perimeter, parking areas, entrances, and restricted-access areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policy, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, or policy violations.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs while maintaining a professional presence and clear communication with site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
