Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors by following site-specific procedures and access-control requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, office spaces, parking areas, exterior grounds, and facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, and deliveries per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed to appropriate contacts or responders.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security activities accurately using required reporting tools.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, office spaces, parking areas, exterior grounds, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and promptly using required reporting tools.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
