Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, following emergency response protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate patrol and incident reports; communicate information during shift handoffs.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, respond to alarms, document observations, and provide outstanding customer service. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns; communicate relevant information during shift handoffs.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
