• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a laboratory location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain authorized entry to designated areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel as directed.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site‑specific requirements.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and support a welcoming environment. You will use computer or tablet-based tools to document activity, communicate clearly with visitors and staff, and provide customer-focused service. Pay Rate: $21.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
